Here is a brief discription of the word moral.

The first sentence says, "A moral is a message conveyed or a lesson to be 
learned from a story or event." 
If this is a correct definition of the word, then yes, I too fall into the same 
group as you and Dinesh and all others who believe that humans are not born 
moral.

As for you second question, I am trapped into your group again. 
Yes, some individuals continue to have "immoral human traits" despite religious 
and civil codes. 

The beef is what exactly are "immoral human traits? I grew up in a society 
where a man could have several wives. In the last century the Catholic church 
came in and declared that immoral. Civil codes were introduced to make the 
Christian version of morality the new civil law. 

I now live in a country where the civil codes have been altered so that 
homosexual couples get the same benefits as common law spouses.  Civil laws 
were again changed so that same sex couples can get married. In short, what was 
immoral last year is not immoral any more.
