Today lots of foreigners and Indians are doing Yoga. Are they mad? I have seen even some doctors recommending Yoga. Goans abroad have too much faith in doctors but not themselves naturally eating medicines containing chemicals from womb to tomb will not only weaken your immunity but also weaken all the organs that you have making these organs dissappear one fine day. . It looks like I am writing nonsense but no. It is a fact. . When I visit any village I ask for well water. I ask them to take it from the well and take it neat from the pot forgetting civil and other man made rules. I enjoy this water. Many people drink bisleri bottled water when they are in India and must be the same abroad. Do you know how many germs it contains? You think that, that just because it is a sealed bottle it is pure but you have forgotten that that bottle was sealed months ago and you are drinking water that remained in plastic bottle for days together. I pity you. You do not get well water what to do ? Where as Iam drinking the well water which has received the sun’s rays.
