All those Portuguese troops one saw within our borders, were they tourists, here because the beaches in Portugal had become too crowded? And how about the African troops? And why didn't anybody inform Salazar of the fact that Goa was "a sovereign country?" I take it that you feel Angola, Mozambique, Cabo Verde, S. Tome and Principe, Guine-Bissau, Timor and Macao were also sovereign countries? Did Salazar ever acknowledge it, or was he in perpetual deniall? I've heard of revisionist history, but this is so much better. Best regards, Victor Rangel-Ribeiro
