If you want me to insult your intelligence by stating
the obvious, then let me say that healthy in the sense
that you get to live a long life free of sickness.

Science like journalism has a solemn obligation, not
just to Frederick Noronha, but to the rest of
humanity. An obligation to inform them about natural
facts determining their health and safety. Nobody can
take away anybody's freedom to do whatever to his/her
own body, to derive mental satisfaction. But for
science and journalism, cautioning them about harms
that they may cause their bodies in the service of
their minds, is the right thing to do. That is why
responsible people have taken up the noble causes
against smoking, against alcoholism, and against
vegetarian and non-vegetarian fatty fast foods.

Cheers,
