Try giving Rs.100 ad and your could be a crorepati too. e.g. Some people purchased flats at Odxel(Landscape) Dona Paula for around 32 lacks, just because it has a clear sea view, the same flat fetches over a crore now. i.e. property values appreciated by more than 300% and if the same money were left in the bank, all you would have got was Rs. 4.3 lacks @ 9% interest less tax. Could not he tell me then? It was obvious that this seller preferred non-Goans buyers. This one charges to show you the property (Quite understandable bearing in mind the area etc).
