RESPONSE: No help at all, for a better angle on libel and defamation, perhaps this site might better help. Also w.r.t. internet postings ! http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/actionnetwork/A1183394 Libel cases are usually settled out of Court with an apology withdrawing the malcontent. At the end of the day it might be deemed, to be a sledgehammer to a nut, the mother is emotionally distressed and cornered - does she really know what she is embarking on ? Many a time, it is simply not worth pursuing a libel case, for instance, had I taken my own Association to task, I would have been, on a loose and loose situation, no matter what the outcome, people would have turned against me, for screwing the already downtrodden. I believe that justice will prevail and those that go out of their way, willfully with malicious intent, to defame, will get their comeuppance, if not here then in the next ! Our Catholic brethren, of course, are impervious to such chiding and will smile ! For them there is no tomorrow, only today. -- DEV BOREM KORUM. Gabe Menezes. London, England
