Dear Bosco,
Let me say a qualified YES to your question.
I have 3 UP guys on monthly basis drawing Rs. 250/150/150 per day for 26
days in a month.
I have Kanadigas working on my construction project in respect of
masonry/shuttering is concerned.
My tile setter is a Rajasthani.
Fortunately, my driver (Rs. 3000/pm) my plumber,  water supplier,
aggregate/sand suppliers are Goan. These too are fast vanishing from terra
firma.
