Hi Shanti Thank you for your comment but this is also to inform you that I have received private emails in reply to this post pointing out that many Hindus strongly abhor caste and that there will be some developments explicated on Goanet and other sites soon rejecting caste as an absolute evil. I will of course pursue this matter with the Archbishop himself who has, to date, remained totally silent on the caste issue gnawing at the very basis of Catholicism in Goa and of which he is the Head.
