They have changed their layout,but not their attitude. Their letter to ED
shows the regulars often, and only praising NT comments are printed.
Criticism of itself or government officials rare,facts appear censored if
they concern vested interests.
HERALD
Definately making headway with the new editor.
GOMANTAK TIMES
Certainly suffering due loss of staff to TOI as stated, but still
managessome good reading.
TOI
Has established its pedigree (Frank Moraes, Mountain comes to Allah- --Mario
Miranda etc)and making inroads into goan psyche ,but the month end will tell
if reporting local news in depth standards will continue
