Well it looks like the Mayor of panjim is above and
beyond law if we go by the title of ths post?
and what is Porrikar the MLA of panjim doing about
this issue?
isnt it a god sent opportunity for him to raise an
issue as of late he seems to be running out of or
avoiding issues?
Maybe there will be a morcha soon and it will be
thoroughly ''photographed...for sure...
