Till date the Best HING in natural form (not chemically processed)is SHANKAR
CHYAP (Brand) which is used by most Hindu Goans - it's costly as compared to
HING manufactured and sold by Hingwala & Sons, A-287 Shil Mahapa Road, New
Mumbai - Add a dash of SHANKAR CHYAP HING it will add flavor to spice and
life.
Let persons fight over the subject in question - Let's concentrate on saving
Goa--- What say!!

Too much flatulence caused the rip ... which would have been eliminated had
you seasoned the lunch with compounded asafoetida, also called "hing"
manufactured by Hingwala & Sons, A-287 Shil Mahapa Road, New Mumbai.
