30 Jun: Zee News. The 'India Corruption Study 2007' found that about
one-third of Below Poverty Line (BPL) households in the country bribed
officials .According to the survey Rs 8,830 million was paid in bribes last
year by those living below the poverty line . Overall Goa rated the highest
level of corruption - "alarming" for bribes paid by those living BPL . For
