A few years back when Churchill visited Kuwait...he advised the Goans in
Kuwait
to invest in land....buy land..before the ghantis can grab your land...I
dont know how many Goans then followed his advise..
cause I feel goans were not so worried that time about Goa and thought that
it was Churchill joke
.but now that the land prices have shot up everyone is interested.....and
what more this is only
investment...we Goans will sell it again to the highest bidder...irespective
if he is goan or bhailo...
You must have seen for your self in your group the response that you get
from NRI goans for Flats/land sale...
although some of them holding 2/3 flats in Goa....Duddu duddu duddu...Duddu
na tor tum koddu.
