NAVELIM crowned J.P Memorial KIFF League Champions in Kuwait Kuwait: One of the most famous Goan football teams in Kuwait Navelim Youth Centre won the J.P D'Mello Memorial KIFF League Title for a record 5th time in the final played at Salmiya Grounds on Friday. G.O.A Maroons are second on the Championship list with 3 titles since the inception of the League in 1994. The KIFF League 2007-08 which commenced in October last included 18 teams registered with the Kuwait Indian Football Federation.
