[Goanet] Speculate WHO IS THAT PERSON?

Goa Assembly in session brought up TWO strong issues: 

1) Illegal Mining and siphoning 25 Crores of rupees from government coffers
 which is rightfully of Aam Aadmi.   
2) Siphoning of Kerosin from Aam Aadmi’s quota!  - Where is this Kerosin
going? …..is it going to Kankona ? If so, for WHAT USE?   

On both issues I only say SALAM Imran KamAt… Salam LADU!!!

Can any one in Goanet predict who is behind siphoning Crores of Rupees by
illegal mining & Kerosin quota?  

I can safely say that your answers to these questions would be: IT’S YOU ….
If so, I would only say,  “well said……You have not done the home work”

Any way to help you think the right person, in stead of you answering  as
“Its YOU” let me give you some clues! 

Some time back I had posted, ONE message regarding purchase of property of
Mr. Lotlikar’s joint holding. Today the person appears to be in Soup!
Because another rightful owner ( law to decide?????????????)  has put his
ownership claim  on that property to the extent of 50 % and is out in local
dailies.  Check it up.
