A few weeks ago dr. Lobo of GS created some permutations that would take the majority of the subjects of New Delhi to the rich class by 2020. Since this very regressive situation in Orissa will dr. Lobo change the figures maybe to 2030. Or may be the violence of Orissa will not affect his computations!
