Thank you for you reply. I also am with you in that the whole Panchayat system stinks. The whole question is to find a cobnsensus candidate who is acceptable to all sections of Moira society but at the same time, somebody who is not corrupt. I have seen many who start out with promise but end up on the dung heap of corruption.
