“It has been brought to my notice that the voters list had errors like the name
of Shrikant Barve being included in it. He can’t be part of the list since he
has been expelled by All India Chess Federation (AICF) from the federation and
its affiliate units. So, the list is null and void and consequently, a fresh
list will have to be drawn,” Sameer clarified.
I am a life member of Goa State Chess Association (GSCA).
GSCA has never informed me of removing my name from memberlis nor have taken
any action against me.
I am not a member of AICF.
There is no provision in GSCA constitution that I should follow the
instuctions of AICF.

1. When did it come to his notice that my name in included in members list?
2. Why did he used force without even giving me to present my case?
