The request is urgent. Now I could do this myself, but I won't. I would like to see if there are volunteers among the citizens of Panjim who will help out this time. All you need to do is take photos of encroachment, public urination/defecation, paanwallahs, hawkers, loiterers etc in the city and email them to me by 3 pm on Feb 11 (Wed).
