I don't think you guys are arguing well here. Just like in the Sonal case, people are just throwing accusations, hoping they will stick. Even without the proof, there are people here who will believe anything that is printed in their favourite news source. After they are convinced, the next step is to dig in their heels and insist that "since proof to the contrary was not provided, we are right." George (43) Bush is the prime western example of this behaviour.
