Dear Goanetters,

As per e-mail of Freddy Fernandes, my replies are :-

(1) My brother and I flew to Goa on Sunday, 8th March, 2009, to celebrate
womens day with my mom and other female, family members based in Goa.

I am happy to state, that we visited a numbers of well-known restaurants etc.
and I found that Goa was as usual, clean and green, no slums, or, smell of
faeces or urine anywhere. I was also pleased with the well-maintained,
well-lit, roads from Mapusa to the Goa Airport. Good security everywhere in
Goa.

Congratulations to the Goa govtmt for the wonderful, well-maintained, clean
airport and ever-smiling and helpful, airport staff.

Goanetters, your complaint letters regarding better facilities in Goa, on this
web site, have helped all of us.

(2) Now with job recession in India, excluding Catholics, all religious
communities have no problems, getting jobs, because due to SC/ST/OBC
reservations in govtmt jobs, they are availing of the same.

(3) Award winning movies are the ones, that show Indian women getting, "burnt,
chased around, trashed and disgraced in
>public".
