With reference to the above subject and the write up by us, be informed that there is a constitutional right for every voter at present not to vote for a candidate or all the candidates in the fray. The code is called 40 - O (by excersising this option you actually reject the candidates standing for the election), and incase the 40 - O votes count to more than the votes the candidate has got then a re polling has to be done in that constituency and the same candidates cannot contest again as they have already been rejected by the voters.
