1. That what was found in one school is true of thousands of schools in
Jharkhand.

2. That there were thousands of schools in Jharkhand in 1999-2000.

3. That the English words "Cow" and "Temple" are also names of Hindu gods.

4. That there is something wrong with reciting a patriotic prayer in Hindi in
an Indian school.

I want to know how widely applicable the accusations are at the present time,
or whether they were only true of some school(s) in Jharkhand in 1999-2000. I
have asked these questions to the Indian authorities and the Ekal Vidyalaya
Foundation in America.

I agree that some school(s) in Jharkhand were grossly negligent in teaching the
English alphabet because they left out certain letters, not because they use
the names of Hindu gods or the English words "Cow" and "Temple" to teach it.

As I have said, my problem is with exaggerations and generalizations used to
tarnish the image of a charitable organization and the entire religious
community that supports it.

I would like to know the answer to this question. Also, I would like to know
whether criminal action was taken against him.

Yes. Absolutely!

Please see this article on the charitable work done by Ekal Vidyalaya

First, you have to provide evidence that the Church schools, Madarsas and Ekal
Vidyalayas indeed preach hate against other religions. Simple rhetoric,
exaggerations and generalizations are not enough. That is exactly what the
Hindu extremists are doing against Christian conversions and Islamic teachings.

After reading historical accounts of Birsa Munda's life from other sources, I
have concluded that Times of India is making a mountain out of a mole hill.
There is nothing grossly discrepant in the excerpt from Popli's version, that
it has provided.
