Todya, 07/04/2009 I saw a police tow truck driven by a driver in Khaki
uniform wearing 3 stripes on his shoulder but without a seat belt on NH 17
near Green Park Hotel at approx 12.45 p.m. This was followed by a traffic
policeman in uniform but without a helmet.
And the police expect the common man to keep the law?
Your log books will tell you who the culprits are.
Can we expect some exemplary action?
