What hot air Carmali and the rest do not know is that a cultural protocol was signed by Mario Soares and Y B Chavan in 1975. This happened after Portugal gave GDD to bharat on a platter. Both countries now have economic interests. One wonders if this cultural protocol will ever be revoked.
Carmali is extremely afraid because 48 of invasion has seen utter failure of governance. This has prompted many Goans of all sectors to reacquire their Portuguese citizenship. Even the late Quenim called Goans of Portuguese citizenship as traitors. Freedom fighters are doing their best to continue their hot air action to get their pensions. Today we know that a few of these traitors of Goa have their family in Europe.
