Two other tests are often used if the mammogram and examination of the breast 
are uncertain. These tests are also used as screening in some very high risk 
groups who could get breast cancer. This include patients who have one breast 
cancer and need follow-up for the opposite breast.

These tests are: Ultrasound, and MRI of the breast.  
Like everything else, the value (accuracy) of the test is both technology and 
radiologist dependent.
