With clear regulations in place foreigners with the exception of our neighbour hood should be allowed to buy properties in Goa. Even East Africans, Angolans with the exception of Nigerians should also be allowed to invest. But the big problem faced in Goa is the lack of regulations well this has been going on for almost 5 decades. Therefore we see dadagiri type of writings by some whites. In fact these houses should be straightaway bulldozed and white occupants sent home by rowing boats. Goans have been migrating to other places for centuries. But unfortunately the current colonial rule has been brain washing Goans against foreigners with words such as firangi, gori/gora etc. In fact they want Goa for the bharatis.
