Land buying in any state by foreigners has many adverse on the locals at that place. same is true with Goans. It inflated prices making it difficult to locals. it is making sea change in the culture. it is making increase in crime. disputes in rights and so on. Long term effect may be end of a civilisation,culture and the langauge.
