My dear John,

I understand some of your frustrations....they are felt generally...

But to protest crows shitting wherever they do, and endeavouring to label it
a public offence, that has to be, officially(?), curbed/controlled/ erradicated
appears, in my belief, to be beyond the realms of possible logistic
feasibility...

I doubt, even if, Singapore could achieve it...imagine a police officer chasing
a
crow to ticket it...a five hundred Sing. Dollar fine.... for commitment of publc
offence!

And to seek the extermination of the corvini...could even the entire army of the
mighty Republic of China, the largest, I believe, on our planet...if
cimmissioned
with the task...accomplish the feat?

Alfred de Tavares...not usually strictly given to realism...
