Agnelo, it seems has turned out to be the GOD of the people oc the Calangute Constituency. So far we heard only GODs talking in terms of 'my people'. Besides, unlike the needs of the God's people, the needs of Agnelo's people may not be the entirely 'legal' and therefore the need for Agnelo to consider himself as their God Almighty.
