Dear Gonetters, If you feel that you have to stay in touch with me, or have a sense of what I am up to, send me an email and say that you would like to do so, and that you would like to know what networks etc, am I a part of. It take works to make sure what I would like to be a part of, besides the fact that i do like to oblige within reason. In future, joining a group/network will be dependent on my ability and time to find out more about the sites you would like me to parade myself in. At least be decent enough and tell me what you are inviting me to. Take the time to write.
Its time to move beyond the proverbial sausages and booze, or the chiken tarii, shrikhand and lonii for that matter. Avoid being excessive, exuberant or eager. Stay focused. There is great potential to develop oneself through good friendships, but not necessarily reaching towards more than one can chew. I also find people contacting me who do not otherwise so much as respond to a hello. In friendship there is also the element responsibility. Feel free to ask, some of us know a thing or two as do the rest too. I for one even ask a couple of people as to how a particular title resonates with them, none of whom are on Goanet., But it shows you that we can all learn. Ex: venantius, why are you on Facebook. How does it help you. Is it not a waste of you time -- I thought you were busy? How may I benefit -- if I say something -- vjp will respond, etc, etc. For crying out loud, the Bishop, and assorted priests could be asking about their sermons on Goanet, etc. Or perhaps, I am sinking into madness. venantius j pinto
