Hi Fred, I don't know Arthur Francis, but his daughter's family is there in Calangute (Pousada Tauma)/Assagao (Virginia Woods). I happened to come across the two little books Meurin had written, and subsequently picked them up from Calangute for Norma's bookstore. Regards. Joel.
