IFF-Kuwait - Executive Committee & Council Members At a colourful IFF-Kuwait inaugural ceremony at 8:00 a.m. at the Fire Brigade Gound, Al-Rai-Shuwaikh, after the ribbon cutting ceremony at the hands of the visiting Goan priest, Fr. Lourenco Mascarenhas, the executive committee and council members were introduced: The Executive Committee: President - Theodore Pinto Vice President - Philip Ferrao General Secretary - Alexandro Gomes Asst. General Secretary - Kevin Vaz Treasurer - Martino Afonso Sports Secretary - Liston Raju Asst. Sports Secretary - Molvito Mascarenhas Registrar - Caje Fernandes Asst. Registrar - Claro Fernandes Media - Sainath Sarode Ground Director - Manual D'Costa Sylvester Pereira / Remy Fernandes Other members of the committee are Collin Figuera and Louis Morais. The Council Members: Xavier Furtado Bernard Fernandes Mario Fernandes Carmo Santos Stephen Fernandes Ivan Barretto Christopher Fernandes. Exhibition matches were held to kick-start the IFF Football Season 2009-2010 with Indian Football Referees Association (IFRA) officiating.
