The best awardees shall be selected, one each from every taluka. In addition three women Awardees shall be selected irrespective of talukas. The award comprises of a cash award of Rs.25,000/-, a Shawl, Shrifal and a Citation Certificate. Those individuals who have contributed to some Commendable Services to the Society and are interested for the above Award may submit their application on a plain paper giving full Bio-Data, i.e. Name and Address, date of Birth, Telephone/Mobile Number, 2 Passport size photographs, Educational Qualifications, Profession, Nature and Length of Service in Social Work, Significant achievements, etc. addressed to the Director, Directorate of Social Welfare, 18th June Road, Panaji – Goa on or before November 30, 2009.
