Politicians ( Ministers-MPs-MLAs-Corporators ) irrespective of whether they belong to secular/communal/facist/linguistic parties have become agents of the builders / corporate / SEZ / industrialist/ Traders lobby.......If Politicians are corrupt and greedy obviously the babus ( government servants ) will also be corrupt and greedy.......it took a tribal to file a PIL to expose the corrupt activities of one ex-chiefminister who has accumulated 4000 crores by giving mining contracts........but who is going to expose the corrupt activities of other cms and ex-cms, ministers, mps, mlas, corporators, govt.servants ?
Prices of Sugar, Potatos, Onions, Vegetable, dal, rice, wheat, etc has gone through the rooftop....partly due to shortage of rainfall.....partly due to fertile lands being taken over for SEZ projects....and party due to the Traders and middlemen hiding sugar, potatos, etc in various godowns to create a artificial shortage in market which results in price rise........who is going to expose who these traders and middlmen are and who their political bosses are ? Some of the Catholic Clergy (including priests,bishops,cardinals) in India have been selling away church properties without informing parishoners.......who is going to investigate what the clergy do with the money received from sale of church properties........and who is going to question the clergy why they don't utilize church properties for the housing needs of poor catholics ?? Some of the Catholic Missionaries in India feel very Happy to serve poor non-catholics.........who is going to question these catholic missionaries why they feel very Sad to serve poor catholics ? Those Catholics in India who think that the Hindutva-Hitlerite forces (i.e. para-military rss/vhp/bajrangdal) will not replicate the anti-christian kandhmal experiment in other parts of India are mistaken. The Hindutva-Hitlerite forces very well know how to start a communal riot anytime, anywhere, anyplace. During the Kandhmal riots most of the catholic clery and missionaries fled to the safety of Kerala, Chennai, mangalore, delhi, bombay, goa leaving the tribals to fend for themselves. What a shame. The european catholic missionaries who came a few centuries ago from Europe to India preached the Gospel of Christ wherever their footsteps went unlike todays indian catholic missionaries whose footsteps go only where the dalits, tribals and slumdwellers live. Here in Bombay, Politicians who did not have any ancestral wealth have become multi-millionaires. Most of the Bombay Politicians are builders by default we all know it only the paper thin walls don't know it. The BMC (Bombay Muncipal Corporation ) in return for offical taxes/revenues and unofficial bribes allows builders to construct more buildings and slumdwellers to encroach more open spaces without bothering how this will impact the water supply, infrastructure, environment, etc. Salt Pan Lands, Mangroves and Open Spaces which are the Lungs of Bombay are being encroached not just by builders-mafia-politicians-slumdwellers but also by the state government and bmc. Great damage has been done to Bombay in the name of development/ illegalconstructions / landencroachment. As a result, the city lost its natural checks and balances against disasters like the one that happened on 26/7. *Major Problems INDIA is facing :* 1. Over-Population and Female foeticide/infanticide. 2. Water shortage in most parts of the country 3. The low standard of education in government schools 4. High cost of real estate in urban india 5. A 'slow ' and 'overburdened' legal system 6. Bad Roads 7. Communalism and divisive politics 8. Allurement/Forcible conversions and reconversion activities of the Christian & Hindu missionaries. 9. Low wages/rewards. 10. Unemployability of youth 11. Lack of jobs which pay decent wages. 12. High cost / unavailability of electricity 13. Farmer suicides & debt 14. Inability to produce Olympic calibre sportsmen 15. Border disputes with China and Pakistan 16. Terrorists (internal) 17. Terrorists (external) 18. A poorly equipped police force 19. CORRUPTION IN GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20. Poor pay for nurses 21. Lack of healthcare in rural india 22. Noise pollution in cities 24. Environmental pollution 25. Open sewage drains 26. Open garbage bins 27. Slums 28. APATHY IN PUBLIC SERVICE BODIES, like the passport office, ration shop, government hospitals, RTOS, Electricity Office, Water Supply Board, city development authorities. 29. Domestic Violence, Child labour, Single woman, safety of ladies, economic issues of elderly people, corruption in municipal corporation department of bombay, delhi,etc , No cleaning of roads daily, No regularity in removing waste from houses. 30. Few hot chicks (one of my friends claims its because of arranged marriages which produces not so hot offspring..but i donnow).. 31. Overweight/ badly dressed men. *Solution * Vote.
