Less time spend on a guy like Mario who has Migrated&Gave up Goa/India& now claims to be the voice of reason to those who are trying to Speak/Act for Goa. In my opinion He in guilt of doing nothing for Goa; is just trying to convice others to follow his lead, do nothing, migrate and then criticise Goans who are trying to say or do something for Goa; Whatever helps you sleep at night Mario!! Mario responds: I am only a voice of reason for reasonable people:-)) I can't help people who don't understand the difference between a state and a country.
