I hope Mr. Falerio realizes the challenges which "Goans should face with confidence and committment" are caused by the political class of which he is a prominent member. In his essay, he has not taken them to task, giving the impression these failures are a result of the general Goan public. No. ALL major Goan failures related to mining, mega projects, migrants, sustainable development, are the result of the failure of the political class and Goan government. Lay the blame where it belongs and send criminals to jail. Then lecture the Goan public.
