I hope this is an eye opener for all the extreme right-wing Catholics here.
I hope, after years of them watching Muslim religious leaders wreck havoc on the
easily mis-led and disgruntled youth, the Catholics here will recognize how easy
it is for disgruntled Catholic leaders to whip up the 'faithful' into a mob
frenzy.
Unless the head of the Catholic church in Goa comes out with a strong
condemnation
of all the events that took place in this church, I will have to agree with you
that the
goondaism seems to be church sponsored.
The ringing of church bells is to call people to prayer. When it is used for
the exact
opposite reason, the whole village is in trouble. Serious trouble.
