Why the seller (Bhatkars) should not accept the best price offered to their land? - What legislation the Goa Government has or can have to stop Sale of Land to non-Goans? - Are elected MLAs are capable to bring in any such legislations?
Construction Licence: - If a developer of a Maga Housing Project has submitted the Plans for approval to any Panchyat to obtain a construction license with all the required documents by a non-Goan or by a foreign registered companies - can any Panchayat or any other Goa Government authorities reject the proposed Mega Housing Project? If so, on what grounds? Politicians & Corruption: Who elects the corrupt politicians again and again and again? It appears that the majority of Goan electors are corrupt, therefore electing the corrupt politicians again and again for one reason or an another.
