As far as I am concerned, the attacks *in the main* are not racist. I have said 
so in the past on GoaNet.

Though I have experienced real racism in the East End of London (Kent, to be 
precise) at the hands of skinheads, I carry no chip on my shoulder. A smile 
goes a long way in "breaking the ice".
