Accurate performance measurement is most likely difficult in this instance. Injuries and fatalities on Goa's roads have increased over the years. 321 fatalities on Goa's roads in 2009. [2]

The number of vehicles have increased and so have the number of vehicular trips on Goa's roads. Traffic jams, unseen 10 years ago, are the norm now. In general, road-width has not increased for over 35 years.

With Bajaj ceasing production of scooters later this year (if not already), its obvious more cars are being sold in India and road-space is not increasing proportionally. Where's that SkyBus when we need it??
