Dear Mr Fernandes,
I respect you for your belief in God. Please don't shame others for their own 
beliefs.

Not believing in God, in itself is act of courage. It puts the onus of 
responsibility squarely on man's shoulders. It is arrived at through a great 
deal of introspection rather than indoctrination. To admit it openly is a 
tremendous act of courage. I think with this admission he has successfully 
jettisoned his public career but as he has said several times, he has no 
political aspirations. I certainly wish he did.
