In response to the question ("We would also like to know what action did the
GUJ taken on this assault case?") Frederick Noronha writes:

"As far as the Goa Union of Journalists goes -- which is supposed to be both
a trade union AND a professional body -- why don't you sign up and
understand the limitations of that body?"

I think GUJ has spoken up on many other issues.  The original poser, and I
agree with him, would be contending that if it did then, it should also do
so now.  It did not have any limitations then, why should it have limiations
now?
