Thanks for your E-mail regarding the launch of Fr. Nascimento's new book
at Holy Spirit Church, Margao, on Sunday 11th April.
Unfortunately I'm at Delhi from the 5th to the 15th April but hope to
catch up on this important publication on my return.
The relationship between Municipalities/Panchayats and their electoral
wards on the one hand and the parishes of the Archdiocese on the other,
would be a critical equation to be mapped for participatory planned
development from ward level upward.
