Goa are "spongers" Rna has ben quoted saying that hewants visitors for
short stay and spend their sterling, euros and dollars ... and Chief
Minister agrees with his Tourism minister and adds that quote: " They
enjoy our sun, sand and sea but cannot sun bathe topless...!
Today I saw your need to translate Arte Palmarica ---[ I have of this
