Sports amd Youth Affairs Minister was giving reply to a discussion in Rajya Sabha. He spoke for over one hour. He spoke on BCCI, IPL and financial affair. Subroto Cup Football for National Inter School Championship and recommends that other sports should also follow it. All Youth Hostels to be managed by Retired Army Officer. Manger should not stay in the Hostel. He also spoke on Nehru Yuva Kendra, how they can be linked to spread message of other ministries. He also spoke on Overburden of School bags.
