Is India once again under the scourge of an undeclared emergency by the UPA government? Looks like with Home minister Chidambaram (CEO of Vedanta as mentioned by Arundhati Roy) threatening legal action of jail upto 10 years for those symapthising with the naxalites. What is different from 1975 except that the President of India has not declared it this time. Democracy under threat?
