Perhaps it is a case of Nature striking back! Reclaiming on the Panjim side over 40 years ago,
had led to the gradual erosion of a beautiful beach on the Verem/Reis Magos side. The erosion there was so bad, that they had to place huge cement blocks as breakwaters/barriers.
