Compared to what the post 61 apologists have been saying on forums it can now
be
confirmed that illiteracy in Goa has shown a marked increase since 61. The Goa
population was somewhere half a million in 61 but today has grown to 1.3
million, and 40 percent of this is the uncontrolled ghanti migration who are
people without and literacy skills.
This has put Goa today in a very regressive situation where even the likes of
Helekar and company can not turn things around. Most of the in migrant
population is used to prop up the puppets in power via the vote banks. They are
given ration cards so that they become legible voters in this fake democracy
system.
50 years is approaching fast to the events of 61, what will the puppet rule
