A clash of interpretations?

Dr Jose Pereira, professor of theology, scholar, musicologist,
researcher, polyglot and painter was recently in the midst of
controversy surrounding his Painting Exhibition ‘Epiphanies of the
Hindu Gods’ at the Xavier Centre of Historical Research in Porvorim.
Succumbing to the constant requests by the HJS(Hindu Janajagruti
Samiti) to remove the Paintings, Fr Delio Mendonca, Director of the
Centre, eventually shut down the Exhibition.

GT Features gathers a few reactions.
